Our Philosophy

How we started

Our philosophy is to take products and make them measurably better by combining them, giving them a synergy and taste that is in a league all by their own.

Gino Sticks was introduced to the Syracuse public by Eugene "Gino" Goff with The Original Sharp Cheddar.  From there he added more flavors which include XXXX Cheddar (aged 4 years), Jalapeno-Pepperjack, Horseraddish and Habanero.

 

In 2014, Gino approached Jay Hosmer to help him introduce Gino Sticks to the Buffalo and Western New York public.
